Easy ways to get 4* shards: *for the newbies*

If you are relatively new to this game, you are prob. Looking for ways to get 4*s here are some easy ways to do so:
#1 VS. area rank rewards
#2 EQ on heroic difficulty
#3 full 100% exploration on act 2 gives x1,000 4* shards, 100% on act 3 gives you a fully formed 4* crystal
#5 duplicating 3*s

Like how heroic difficulty is for newbies, if they are really new they either aren't ready for heroic or aren't the right level
