Lost Characters

So I have been playing this game since like 2015 or 16. Never a real serious player but in the past I know I had characters like Luke Cage and the white suit magneto and was just scrolling through my character list and like 3 or so characters I know I use to have I no longer have. Anyone else ever notice anything like that?
