Probably pretty limited alliances in the 2 battle group category. They may have missed a button and you got unlucky as you were the top of the 2s.

It's your own fault for doing 2 bg. You have 30 people, so could easily be fighting 3 bg much closer to your rating. Instead, you decided to go for 2 bg to try to get an advantage.

On the other hand, MWO has 26 people, so they are in 2 bg legitimately. Don't try and blame Kabam when your attempt to cheese easy wins backfires.

Why does that mean its broken? If they are in the same bracket, it's possible to get paired again.

Its 2 BGs and early on in the season. That was rating could be they are dropping due to being short handed. Its winnable as you are paired against 2 BGs only, not 3.

It's not winnable. The difference in the defenders will be huge as well as the attack teams. Unless they are next season's shell and are losing on purpose to lower the war rating.

Lots of alliances do 2 BG for different reasons. Your assumption that they're doing 2 BG for an advantage is rubbish unless proven so.

War rating is nothing to be scared of. If anything ; I think it was pretty evenly matched.

War rating just determines the multiplier... not the actual champs placed on the map.

Matchmaking is entirely broken. Apparently its possible for alliances at the top to get 2 "byes" back to back when Kabam's announcement said that they would be very rare and only for lower alliances since matchmaking will be fixed from the top down. By definition it means that the rank 1 alliance can never get a bye since it would matched first.

Well, Omni is now playing 2 groups cu they can’t beat 3 groups. You’ll see more and more allies doing this because of the match making.
