Which 4 star to rank 4 next?

I'll have the resources to R4 a Champ in a couple days. Who do you think it should be? I think the only things to keep in mind are that I have a Sparky for synergy with Blade, Miles for a Synergy with Venom and The Champion for a synergy with Thing. A comment on why would be helpful too, thanks!
