Rebuilding a BG; Looking for skilled players that are trying to grow

Long story short, we had a BG retire after the last AW season. We were a 17mil alliance and in gold1 for AW. We are looking to build a BG with a group of skilled players that are in the 200k range or higher to grow. If alliances won't give you a chance because of your lower player rating, we are looking for you to join. The current members have been together for a very long time and we are all knowledgeable with the game. We treat each other with respect and enjoy helping each other.
We are currently in AW Tier 4 and just running 2 bgs. We will probably continue to run 2 bgs for the time being so AW participation is not mandatory. We do map 4 for AQ because we still get decent rank up rewards each AQ week and there are no donations. We did map 5 for a long time, but we got burned out since it felt like a part time job. If we get enough people wanting to do map5 in this newly formed BG, I'm sure we can look into that and our treasury can handle it.
There are no alliance event minimums, but we still get the rewards since we are active. Majority of our players are in the US timezone but we have players in Europe and Asia. So we have experience with different timezones. Overall, we are a laid back group that are fans of Marvel and this game. If you are skilled and you want the opportunity to keep growing, check us out.
