Parry on heavy

So im pretty sure this is a glitch with the resist mastery and only happens in arena, but my heavy attacks are getting parried when the defender resists. Is this part of the mastery? I dont have it so i dont know

You've always been able to parry a heavy it's just a pretty rare thing. To land.
Requires stand your ground mastery to block the heavy and perfect timing
