Any chance these Infinity Stones have some residual permanent effect?

When I play OG Cap in Arena and other formats besides the Stones event, I am just so disappointed by how average he is and so hopeful that perhaps he could be more. Of all the buffs these stones have given I am most hopeful that its possible that some of these abilities the stone has given Cap will be carried over after this event. Maybe not quite as powerful as they are now...But @Kabam Miike is there any chance any of these abilities will carry on for Cap (especially Cap)? Any chance this event could be a kind of secret Beta?!?!

Cap with some of these abilities in muted form would be the first avenger he deserves to be...So...that would be awesome if that could happen!

Anyone else agree?

    Character-wise, that wouldn't really fit. Regen on blocks and power stings wouldn't make sense to add to his kit.

    Cut all the abilities by 50% for each champ and make them permanent. I like it.
