4* Havok or Omega Red for Uncollected run

I have three stories left, 5.2.4 - 5.2.6, and just wondering if maxing out my 4* Havok or 4* Omega Red would be better. Both are duped with low sig levels and not planning for any synergies. I have one max 4* for each of the other classes but none for Mutant yet, so i'm set on deciding and comparing between these two, thx :)

    Cant delete this post so i'll answer lol, Omega is better since the collector wont take more than 3% from a special anyway
