    He either needs to be reverted back to his pre 12.0 update form or give him more health during his regen phase. 4 Star Dr Strange 4/40 he heals less than a 3 Star Ghost Rider at 4/40.
    4 Star Dr. Strange Healing at 4/40 with recovery mastery 173 a hit
    3 Star Ghost Rider Healing at 4/40 with recovery mastery 184 a hit.
    A 3 Star Champion should not be able to regenerate more than a 4 star in any circumstance.
    My suggestion is that Dr. Strange needs to be recovering at least 250 health a hit and specials should scale that health gain by at least 4 or 5% nothing too crazy but make his regen phase somewhat useful. I don't know how much he heals at 5/50 so if anyone wants to drop numbers and let me know please do so I can make a better/fair buff suggestion.
