I’d firstly like to say nicely done kabam with addressing the problem with the volcanic crystal not only did you give those who purchased the wrong crystal with the correct one but let people keep what they pulled first time and this was done quick, however you have also given them out to some players who did not make this mistake. what will be done about this? I think with the problems we’ve had this month in game the right thing to do is to give out crystals to every player that you haven’t that way every player has been given free crystals and will make your player base a lot happier with how this month has turned out
