AQ crash and change of game

I won my match in AQ and had used an item to bring my health slightly up. Then the game wouldn’t load and blamed connectivity. Then the defeated champion was back to full, mind back to really low and my item gone. The fight style of the defeated champ is then totally different. Didn’t use any specials part from 3 and I lost Shoddy game mechanics and down right not fair.
