Can't evade special 1 attacks

in Bugs and Known Issues
I have been unable to evade any special 1 attacks. I evade and then get hit anyways. Really sucks!!! Please help!

    It's the second part of hulk. I can't evade ultron or SIM special 1. I can't evade hawk eye special 1 arrow. Something wrong. My account is mackytuna.

    Giving them your in game username is not helpful, giving them your playing device, operating system, the current version you're using is helpful. Also if people are having problems with dexterity and power stealing and power burning champs just how are you supposed to play the game?

    Never mind I forgot my dexterity!!! My bad please delete this thread I can't figure out how.
