Why every update breaks more things

Well since the glorious update today. I can't parry I can't evade properly I freeze in mid combo, I stun opponent and freeze after the second or third hit. Why can't you do your jobs right? Oh and block just seems to work wh never it feels like it.

Rename yourself to Hyperion and see stuff die without touching it.

I don't experience any of those issues. Maybe one happens like once a month. My problem is the evade bug where you go to intercept a champ with passive evade. You take damage for not getting hit
