We are a laid back, older alliance that just wants to have fun. We do our best to keep it low key by only doing 5 mandatory wars during the season. Couple 1 BG wars and we still end up in Gold 2. 5 by 5 in AQ to hit 150 mil. regurly. Easy ally event requirements just to keep the rewards flowing and everyone putting in there share.
