Alliance Description Profanity?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Tried to change my alliance description to include LINE ID. But it wont let me, says it's not allowed due to profanity being allowed. I can guarantee that my line id is NOT profanity in any way (not even close).
I submitted a ticket, the response was basically that I need to change my LINE ID. Huh? That's crazy.
