lol almost read Cap IW as Cap WW2 and I was thinking 'okay weird decision but hey'.
But yeah as people above are saying, Cull is insane for damage, even unawakened. His awakened ability helps for longer fights, but most of the time I'd expect your fights aren't gonna be that long...
