What content should I focus on next?

I’m 632k, 100% Act 5, have already done the initial clear of LoL and Variant 2. Only have cleared ch1 in ogVariant due to lack of class champs/effort. Trying to figure out if I should 100% Variant 2 or complete 6.1 (only XB and Sentinel chapters remaining)

6* - R2 Domino, Loki, Gamora, Sentry, Juggs
