I had an issue earlier where my Thor randomly started to charge his heavies in the middle of a combo. I thought it may have just been me but then it happened a second and third time. I've never had an issue like that before. I also saw someone say something on Facebook about the same kind of problem.

    Had the problem too with multiple champs in all game modes

    Happened to me in aq and that's the only time I've seen it so far. It was unfortunate because my Thor got wrecked only 2 fights in.

    Happens constantly to me in any fight mode and any champ. I play on latest iOS for iPad mini4 and iPhone 7+. I think it is due to delay/lag in input like undeadprophet says. I think MANY of these issues/bugs are lag related.

    Many champs and many areas.
    Happening to me since 12 or 13 update. No often though.
