nope, the problem is random. sometimes the Vision specials work for a whole fight ... sometimes they don't work for a whole fight.

My vision AOU does no damage on his power burn either. Lvl 1 and lvl 2 do no damage even if draining all their power. Please address this issue prior to AQ as vision is a common champ due to immunities and strength against cable as miniboss.

Problem is not solved and I've noticed this in last beta release, not after this official update.
