This is not a issue only related to this game or this company, but a current trend at most game companies. The lack of researches and problem solving employees.
We all saw the effort on reducing the gap and stabilising a better channel to comunicate with the comunity detecting the wishes, needs and expectations. Although that's a great improvement and a perfect way to detect the problem the way to deal with the problem, the solutions presented are most of the time short therm solutions, we need people that think outside the box.
I could go on and on with theories and extensive explanations due to my background but I don't feel it's the time or place.
