Ebony Maw isn’t gaining persistent charges when completing missions

I got really lucky and managed to pull a 5* Ebony Maw I really love the champ and I ranked him up to rank 2 ASAP, but once I got into an event quest I noticed when I completed his missions he wouldn’t gain a persistent charge.

    Nevermind I didn’t realize I just wasn’t completing one of the missions each time that’s my bad ignore this thread.
