    Why wouldn't it work? I thought heimdall + electro and tanking a sp3 should end the collector. I know it doesn't work cause someone already tested it but I can't find the video anywhere.

    Collector's sp3 kills all of the time. Nothing can stop it.

    The collector passively reduces ability accuracy by 2.5% every 5 secs upto 80% reduction and below 85% health he cant lose more than 3 % health so it may not even trigger Electro's damage back and even if it did and he's below 85% it wouldn't hurt him much..
