Did not get confirmation mail of my submitted ticket.why?

@Kabam Miike today i submitted my ticket to request to change email address.after submitting ticket i did not get confirmation mail from kabam support. why?
I have 2 account and same happen to before when i tried to submitting mail from another account id.in that account i tried to sent ticket many times but never get mail even i waited for one day to see whether mine mail was sent and i get reply soon but nothing has done.same happen today my ticket no #04412186.i hope anyone look at out my ticket and give me reply to why im not getting confirmation mail that my question is recieved.
