Rank up advice 4* Cross bones or 4* Havok

So I have both crossbones and Havok at rank 2 but I am going back and forth which to rank up. And are they even good characters to rank up? I only have one alpha catalysts so I can’t decide. Or do I just wait till I get a better character than both and save my alpha catalysts. Thank you help would be appreciated!

Havok is ridiculous unawakened, but crossbones has so much utility. If you don’t have AA (ability accuracy) modifiers and really know how to use CB then dive in on him. Otherwise watch videos on havok and go all in with him. You won’t get a better mutant aside from Archangel

Exactly this, but I'ma add on and say that you won't get a better mutant aside from Archangel *or Domino*. I love Domino...
