How do I get Titles?

So first if all, I started as a summoner, than I realized that other people were challengers and shadow warriors and sugar bear and those kinda stuff. I've becime contendor and I realized that I got a title called challenger. But I want to get more titles. All I know how to get a title is shadow warrior. You get that from completing exploration in avengers forever. When I ask in global chat, people say that you just get them from completing stuff. But what do I complete? Please provide me with examples. (I know i'm a noob.)
