Issue when logged on, blank summoner screen

Hi guys... I've been having this happen a lot since 14.1...and at this point cannot even get in the game anymore . I login and all I see is a blank summoner screen... I've completely closed the game on the launcher and reopened and it stays the same...
I'm on a galaxy s8, latest Android and security patches. mhzrxv7dxqn7.png

    Btw, I can click on the drop down at the top and select different screens like inventory or champions, but they all end up blank like this.
