I have always asked myself this and I would like to know what it is before I questoin myself to sleep. When someone requested help for alliance energy what does it do? Like when they help does it give you 1 energy? I also ask this for when you request in arena what does it do? Thank you for your time

    The energy help gives 2 energy for each member who helps so 20 in total if your alliance is good at helping, arenas are much less important, it’s only like 1 or 2 minutes per member or something like that
