Not getting season 9 rewards

Hello there. As we all know alliance war season 9 ended a couple of days ago and after a few hours alot of the community got their rewards and some got them the next day but now it's been 3 days and I still haven't received any rewards

    Hey there, in order to receive Alliance War season rewards you need to have completed 5 wars with your current Alliance without having left the Alliance at any time between them. You will also need to stay in that Alliance until you claim the rewards. if you met these parameters and still haven't received them, you can contact our Support Team by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". They can also be reached here.
