IG notice board

I would like to see an IG notice board where the Leader and Officers can put up brief notes;
e.g. welcoming new members,
Instruction for AQ and AW, when to open crystal for SA points, etc etc.
Once a new post is created, everyone receives IG notification.

Also an icon to let officers know which member did not read posts.

This is a better way for collective communication.

Most of us use outside apps like line, discord, etc for that. I have been in alliances that use both...and discord seems to be the better of the two.

I do agree 3rd party apps are good help but being able to comm. effectively IG, it is very good.
