I was just in AW, and then again in a duel, fighting a Morningstar (node 51, so no extended bleed duration). As normal, hitting her has a decent chance of placing a bleed. I got to high power with blade expecting his “up to 95%” debuff duration reduction to make that basically pointless.
However, the duration of the bleeds did not decrease anywhere near the 95%, unless they were supposed to be lasting over a minute each. My suspicion is that the Deep Wounds mastery is extending the bleed duration by 2.5 seconds after blade’s 95% reduction takes place, leaving it at a hair over 2.5 seconds instead of being basically 0.
