Power meter change

We should be able to choose how much of a special we want to use just like the cpu. If i have a full power meter and want to use a spc 2 i should be allowed to. Please make this change maybe make it so we can press on the bar level of special we want to use

    The AI can’t choose which special they use, if you see them use a sp2 when they have 3 bars it’s because sp3 isn’t enabled in that fight. In higher level content you probably won’t see this, you’ll have to learn how to avoid getting hit by sp3 by baiting sp1 and sp2 attacks instead.

    That would be way to OP on a good majority of champs ex. hyperion who you could throw 4 sp1's in the matter of 5 seconds and melt the opponent. Same with blade, basically any champ that does DOT on a sp1. Ex 2) Stunlock champs become even more cheesy. Think of starky just cycling that sp1 continually. Kabam will never do this, and I hope that they won't
