Should I 100% act3 before act4

I have like 5 5 stars and 20 4 stars, but should I 100% act 3 before I start act 4 or no.

    With the amount of 5 and 4 stars you have, you really don't need to, but it's always good to.

    I would say just start Act 4 if you're comfortable with dexing and parrying now.

    You have five 5 star heroes and you haven't started Act 4? How did you even get that many 5 stars?

    I'd say have a go at act 4, and if you can beat it, then at least get initial completion of act 4 done. The new title and the rewards that come with it will be helpful to you. But I'd recommend trying to get through it without using revives; you'll want to save that up for act 5, and especially the Collector (when you eventually get around to it)
    I mean if I had your roster, I feel like I might be able to get all the way to 5.2.6, but hey I wouldn't want to pressure you into rushing through content too quickly. And I don't know what champions you've got, so there's that too...
    But yeah good luck getting through that content. Show Maestro who's boss!
