"Fixed error w/ Hoods sp2 description"

Before this update Hoods sp2 reduced abilities by 85 now it's 65%. Was it 85% before? Also, why does the unstoppable buff happen twice with UC and Juggs? I know this has been going on for awhile but I'm pretty sure it at one point kicked in after the special animation. Just curious b/c Hood could stagger the unstoppable buff at one point.

    It was 85% before the update. I also see that its been swtched to 65% for hexes, thank you for pointing that out, because it depends how much I will rank up my Hood.

    I've posted this twice. I guess ppl don't care about his ability reduction dropping 20%
