Why can't I flag myself or agree with myself?

For redundancy, I would like to be able to Agree with my post if I write something really clever that is totally awesome. Conversely, if I were to write something inflammatory and/or non-constructive, I would like to be able to Flag myself in order to bring it to the Moderators' attention.
Currently, if I try to Agree or Flag myself or use any of the other Incremental Buttons, I receive the following message: "You can't react to your own post".
