How do you get past 5.1.1 flare is pretty annoying

    Gladiator Hulk. If you have him as a 4 star then you're good to go. Characters with burst damage at the beggining of the fight (like Corvus) are pretty useful as well I assume.

    Play aggressively and use healing champs.

    I dont have 4 gulk but hopefully I'll get him from Atlantic rifts on tier 3 when they come out

    Use a Regen champ
    Or take champs that have class advantage against majority of the opponents
    Flare degen is based on class relationships
    An advantage means you won't die quickly

    Use either a high burst damage at the start champ like a Corvus or use a sustainable champ, also face me doesn’t trigger on flare, think it’s a bug

    Note @bigchungus21_ that the whole idea in 5.1 and 5.2 is to play fast and agressively.

    Flare is easy...I used my 4/40 burst damage champs to finish fights for the initial clear...when I got around to exploration I had 4/55 champs so the fights were over in 10 or so hits...just play agressive,use burst damage champs and don't bait specials as the opponent will be dead before reaching sp3
