Guardians cache bought, didn't get items

Good day. I bought the guardians cache about 10 hours ago and I know the purchase has been through as i received the email that the transaction was complete as well when i click the offer it says I already own it. But I still don't have my items. In game id is tarsier. Already contacted support but still not resolved. Thanks
