Domino does NOT need a Synergy team to a Fantastic Character, but her Synergies with Red Hulk and Masacre certainly up her potential.

I'll add that Cap doesn't need his sig to be a fantastic character. I took mine to r4 unduped, regretted nothing.

Both are r4, even r5, potential. Even though Cap is unawakend, he has been game-changing for my game! The question is rather thom to rank up first and who to second.

Domino for me. As you have masacre. And probably red hulk down your roster, I dunno.

I would go Cap first, then Domino.But I am sure many would disagree. The reason is that besides his damage, he has very high sustainability.
