Ghost Specials not triggering Unblockable

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I have had this happen on my android phone, as well as the iPad I started playing on today. When I activate a special with Ghost while phased (using Wasp synergy) it did not trigger as unblockable and the defender blocked the attack. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

*it is happening occasionally not every time

    Hmm hav hav it happen before to but that’s because it didt reattached to my dash back

    The issue I've noticed is her specials aren't all crits when you use it right after phasing, and I'm not talking about bad timing here, the middle hit won't crit but the first and last will.
