Ok I was playing arena with Carnage and Thor didn't seem to bleed at all during the fight

    Him not bleeding is the least of your problems when you're stacking physical resistance...

    You need to trigger the bleed debuff, in order for him to have it and take damage.
    The bleed triggers on heavy attacks and sp3.

    I used his heavy attack multiple times and didn't see any bleed debuff or any damage
