Awarding system for ascent awards

the system of awarding ascended prizes and now dated
it is no longer possible to wait for the awards to rise before changing a player
this no longer coincides with the positioning phase of a war
it happens very often that due to the expectation of the ascent premiums for the replacement of one or more players the position phase is assigned and therefore it is no longer possible to make them participate
moreover many players complain that they are banned before the ascent prizes arrive
according to me and to be modified .. this advice I advise to do the following:
when a new ascent of the summoner starts, the system must assign the players the prizes in such a way that if they come out they receive them equally .. instead of losing everything and thus creating bad moods between players and alliances
