Ummm, with the new champs that have been coming in, no one really considers these fan favorites anymore, and anyway P.I doesn't matter, people use 3*s in master sometimes its all about skill.

PI is correlated with prestige. The OP should have said prestige, but you are wrong no matter what. Prestige is very important to some people with how great AQ rewards are.

"fan favorites" signifies that people would want to rank them up, but may not since their prestige is so low.
