Who 2 rank up?

As i have Medusa 4 star r5 duped and venom 4 star rank 5 duped i was wondering if i should Level up any of These?

My only Little Problem i have about These champs is btw that all of them are Mystic or cosmic, i have not a single one good Talent, tech or Mutant Champion yet
But still i am super happy about having These and they all will go up asap!
