Critical failure Issue with domino since the update

Pre the last update one of the great strengths of domino’s signature ability was in fights again kingpin and agent venom when you would parry them..if the parry would not be shrugged off by either of the two champs the critical failure debuff would pop up so you know it’s ok to start a combo..I haven’t tested agent venom but with kingpin even when he fails to shrug off the stun from my parry I am not always seeing the critical failure debuff notifying me if it’s ok to start a convo without getting crushed
