Best masteries for Act 5

I'm trying to build up a decent roster for Act 5, but before I take it on I also want to try and use the best masteries. Anyone have any suggestions?

    I can also clarify a bit, do you think it is worth maxing perfect block, stand your ground (heavy attack resistance) and block proficiency?
