Please Buff or Change Winter Soldier EMP Upgrade Power Drain Chance.

Winter Soldier is everyone's favorite punching bag. He is actually a pretty decent attacker with the Killmonger synergy. 15% chance of a Critical Hit to Power Drain is pretty TRASH. How about remove the Critical Hit and just make it a flat 15% chance on hit or Buff it to like 70% chance on Critical Hit.

I used to think the same thing, but it's not trash, actually. It's just that it's pitched so as to trigger every few combos. He's not meant to be a reliable Power Control champion. His Damage is too high for that.

I'm sure you've noticed, but you can improve the chance with a Taskmaster synergy, if you like. Or with any Precision synergy, that grants extra critical hits.

Regarding your suggestion, if it were a 15% chance to get a power drain on every hit, then you'd have a 55% chance to get at least one fairly large power drain during each five-hit combo. Does that not sound a little overpowered to you?

I've no problem with it being a bit more reliable, but you must be aware that any change like that would need to be balanced by something else: the more reliable the power drain, the more powerful it becomes. If he starts draining power more frequently, then the only way to maintain balance would be to reduce the amount of power drained; like Dormammu's completely reliable but relatively weak 7.5% power drain at the end of a combo.

That would be fine if they lowered the amount to %7.5 for a flat 15% on hit power drain. It's just little tweaks they could do to improve alot of older champions.

And.... I’ve never seen anyone mention, but he has a synergy that ups his emp chance % and makes him a total badass

Yes the synergy with Taskmaster. I just find it annoying that you have to use synergy to make a older champion better when something as a flat 5% chance should be standard on Winter Soldier.
