Is archangel good

Hello I just pulled a 4 Star archangel. And I was wondering if he is worth ranking up and leveling up. What is he best at doing? Is he a good bleeder? Thanks help would be appreciated.

Yes he is. Rank him as high as you can, if your opponent can bleed he is the one to use.
