5.2.4 Story mode...GR special 3 judgement refresh not working after first use

I'm not sure...but it must have an issue with masochism. I made sure to activate damnation judgement by parrying first to trigger masochism before using special 3 while the masochism timer is on. The first special 3 triggers damnation and refreshes my judgments (erases the judgment counter). If masochism was on, it just skips damnation but the judgment counter was reset. The 2nd special 3 doesn't even trigger damnation, does not erase the judgment counter. If masochism timer was on it just doesn't do anything except do damage.
