Spidergwen's Slow Debuff

When SG first got buffed her Slow Debuff didn't work correctly. Since new update seems it has gone back to not working.
Anyone else notice this?

The slow debuf reduces the chance to activte unstoppable (and evade) by 100%. An awakened DV starts the fight possessed by Brother Daniel who gives him +100% ability accuracy, meaning he has a 200% chance to activate unstoppable.

Not +200% chance. It's a 100% chance after your deduct the -100% chance from Slow Debuff.
So in conclusion, Slow Debuff can't affect an awakened DV on that node.

An Awakened DV has a 200% chance to active unstoppable. The rest is basic math so I left it out.

If you want to get technical and contradictory, an awakened Voodoo can be slowed on that node if you allow him to possess you with brother Daniel.
