    I finished the champion this morning. Used about 6 lvl 1 single revives getting the timing down before fully healing and going all in. Dexed his sp1 5 times (and yes, "dexterity" showed) and he was still indestructible. Dexed 2 more times and still I wasn't doing damage. Got ko'd, went back in and did it again and then it worked and I beat him. But that's still bs that I wasted a revive and 6-7 lvl 4 health pots because he's bugged.
