Looking for an alliance for my major and mini accounts

Trying to find somewhere that can incorporate both accounts.
I'm extremely active, have map 6 experience but I'm looking to take it easy with map 3 ish.
Low pressure wars preferred.
Don't want to be in alliance where it's okay for non communication or going missing for days at a time... Drives me nuts.
Mini account is growing quickly and shouldn't be that much of a burden, except in war defense... Can't deny it, he currently sucks in that respect.
